Pain-Free, Same-Day Tooth Replacement Procedures For a Natural Look

At Ready 2 Smile Dental Group, we are an implant dentist office in Temecula, CA that can replace your missing teeth in a way that looks entirely natural and beautiful. If you have experienced adult tooth loss, we encourage you to contact our office to determine if you are a good candidate for this procedure.

What Are Dental Implants?

Dental implants are an essential form of tooth replacement. This involves creating a root and tooth in order to replicate both the functionality and appearance of the rest of your teeth. Titanium alloy rods are inserted into the jawbone to act as the "root" and fuse to your jawbone over time to help everything function as one. A crown is attached to this rod using an abutment, which will match the color, shape, and size of the rest of your natural teeth. You can count on this implant to function during all normal activities, including your daily eating, brushing, flossing, etc.

Why Replace Missing Teeth?

Whether your tooth has been chipped in a sports accident or multiple teeth have fallen out, it is important to replace missing teeth in a timely manner. This is because the loss of teeth can cause bone deterioration over time, and this can then cause muscle loss.

Types of Dental Implants

When you have chipped, cracked, or missing teeth, dental implants may be the best solution. At Ready 2 Smile, we offer our patients a multitude of dental implant services, including:

The Benefits of Dental Implants

There are a multitude of benefits when you choose dental implants as a solution. A few notable benefits include:

More aesthetically pleasing smile. You will no longer have chipped, cracked, or missing teeth.

Increased confidence. You will be excited to show off your beautiful, full smile once any evidence of chipped, cracked, or missing teeth is gone!

Function and look like natural teeth. Dental implants are strong which allows them to perform daily functions like eating, talking, etc. They also look like your natural teeth, which means that they won't stand out!

The Ready 2 Smile Dental Implant Process

In order to qualify for this procedure, you need to have sufficient density in your jawbone, which makes it necessary to visit us quickly after tooth loss.  Once the dentist has decided that you are a good candidate for dental implants, the following process can begin:

We begin by sedating you, to help you remain comfortable and not feel anything. Very often, we put patients to sleep because it can take several hours to place all of the implants.

This is a surgical procedure where we insert a titanium post under the gums and secure it to the jawbone in the place where each missing tooth was. The titanium post creates a new root that the tooth will eventually be secured to.

After the rods are put into a patient's jawbone, it is time to heal. The process of osseointegration should take place in a few months to help ensure that the new tooth has maximum stability.

Since it can take a couple of months to complete the procedure, many of our patients will wear a temporary denture to give them a somewhat natural looking smile until the new tooth is secured to the implant.

Once the process has been completed, you will be able to eat all of your favorite foods without restriction.

Dental Implant Cost

The typical cost of a single dental implant can be anywhere from $1,500 to $2,000. However, the overall cost depends on whether you need a dental implant repair or replacement, the number of dental implants you need, etc.

Why Choose Ready 2 Smile?

While most general dentists provide some options for tooth replacement, only an implant dentist can replace both your tooth and your root. Since this is done surgically, it is important that you visit a dentist that has received additional training on how to complete the procedure quickly and efficiently. This will ensure that you do not spend longer than necessary in the dental chair and that you can recover quickly. Otherwise, your recovery process could be unnecessarily prolonged due to a lack of experience by the dentist completing your procedure. While there is no standardized training or accreditation program for an implant dentist, we have completed additional courses in addition to graduating from dental school.
